I am in a state of bliss at the moment…today was dragging on and on until lax practice (kind of woke me up?) but then once I went on a run with my buddy Emily, I felt rejuvenated and so utterly happy :))) that shows what endorphins can do for ya!!!
we did a solid 3 mile run with our splits somewhere in the low 9:00s HOLLA and I’m planning to do lots of core tonight and some yoga for sure bc I’m still quite sore
things are just goin great right now and I’m so grateful for all of the opportunities presented to me by the wonderful people that surround me
