I swear my stomach is a bottomless pit after practice…
2.5 mile warm up
6x2 minutes hard 3 minutes easy (on hills, mind you)
5xhills supah fast
1.5 mile cool down
DAMN MY LEGS ARE SORE they feel like jelly!!! my motivation to finish my homework is yoga :—-)
tomorrow’s an easy mileage day (hmmm I’m feeling sno zone afterwards??) so thank goodness!! I need to eat really healthy though I’ve been slacking this week and nope that’s not gonna cut it.
